Location

Duties

• Advise clients on leverage finance transactions, including acquisition financing, syndicated lending, and related matters

• Draft and negotiate financing documents and related agreements

• Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on finance issues

• Collaborate with legal teams across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions

• Manage and prioritize multiple complex transactions under time-sensitive conditions

• Produce timely, accurate, and high-quality legal work product

• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and professional standards

• Participate in virtual meetings and conference calls as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of leverage finance legal experience

• Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or comparable environment strongly preferred

• Admitted to practice law in the State of New York

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced legal setting

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Bar Membership in New York State
