Job Duties:

• Assist with the firm's employment law practice, including litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on employment law issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Assist with discovery, including document review and preparation.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
• Assume responsibility for hands-on litigation matters under attorney supervision.

Requirements:

• Membership in the Massachusetts Bar or ability to waive in.
• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably focusing on employment law.
• Top academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
• Superior work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
