A law firm seeks an experienced Corporate Partner with a book of business to join its offices in Dallas, Austin, Waco, and South Florida. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in corporate, M&A, and/or real estate matters, along with a portable client base. This role requires proven business development skills and a commitment to contributing to the practice's growth.

Duties

• Manage and expand client relationships effectively.
• Lead corporate transactional matters with expertise.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the practice.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in corporate transactional experience.
• Proven track record in business development.
• Book of business required (at least $500K preferred).
• Licensed to practice in Texas, Florida, or California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Texas, Florida, or California.

Skills

• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
