The candidate will collect, prepare and diligently review all closing documents and packages. Prepare closing packages and statements. Review closed files and documents before being sent to lender. Communicate with departments to collect signatures, documents, etc. making sure the package is fully completed before being processed to ship. Experience in a Residential Lending Department preferred. High School diploma or college degree required. Should be fluent in Loan Doc, UCC 1 and UCC 3. Should be proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Suite.
