Duties

• Draft motions, conduct depositions, and present oral arguments and hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting.
• Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision.
• Manage civil cases through trial.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in New Mexico; additional state licensure is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in insurance defense preferred.
• Experience in construction defect, general liability, and bodily injury required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Mexico.

Skills

• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
