Duties

• Assist in managing cross-border financing transactions.
• Advise on project finance, corporate finance, and bank lending.
• Support development finance institutions and multilateral agencies.
• Engage in transactions involving energy and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve client objectives in multiple languages.

Requirements

• Experience in cross-border transactions, preferably in project or corporate finance.
• Familiarity with energy and infrastructure projects and emerging markets.
• Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French.
• Admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• State Bar admission.
