We are a boutique law firm with international clients seeking a full-time legal secretary/assistant for our Downtown LA office. Candidates should have one year law firm experience; state and federal court experience, including electronic filing, docketing, and calendaring experience. Korean language is a plus. Paralegals with secretarial experience are encouraged to apply.
Candidate must have good organizational and communication skills; be proficient in MS Word and Excel; be able to work independently and on a team; be able to prioritize and willing to work overtime as required.
