Scranton office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a personal injury attorney with at least 1 year of personal injury litigation experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling, among other tasks, managing own caseload of litigation and pre-litigation files from inception through trial; preparing motions and memorandums of law; preparing pleadings, discovery, and demands; attending oral arguments, mediations/arbitrations, trials, and meeting potential clients. Trial experience and familiarity with Needles Case Management software would be a plus. Must have Pennsylvania Bar membership in good standing.
