Duties

• Conduct legal research and stay informed on Texas estate planning laws.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client service.
• Handle probate, guardianship, and trust administration matters.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• 1-5+ years of estate planning experience; probate or guardianship experience is a plus.
• Strong drafting skills and knowledge of Texas estate planning documents.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple matters.

Preferred Experience

• Probate litigation or contested matters.
• Guardianship experience.
• Tax-informed or high-net-worth planning.
• Experience with Clio, MyCase, or similar legal practice management software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Active Texas Bar license
