Internal Auditor Manager

The candidate will pull the prescribed division’s process volume for the previous week and upload it to Insight to use as an audit workload. Will have the ability to work independently while achieving weekly audit goals. Create/update Checklists to incorporate changes in the law, client standards, or Firm policies. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual audit summary reports for prescribed divisions. Meet with division management (in-person or teleconference) on a monthly basis. Initiate CAPAs as needed. Responsible for overseeing the Internal Audit team which includes: Maintaining employees' time cards and PTO and training records. Reviewing all audits for consistency, formatting and comprehensiveness. Provide coaching as necessary. Reviewing checklists for consistency, formatting and comprehensiveness. Creating and conducting training with Internal Audit staff as necessary. Reviewing and verifying Corrective and Preventative Actions. Assist with any other special projects or training within the department as needed. Must have previous Management Experience. Must have a vast knowledge of the Firm's internal management system. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills Must have broad Knowledge of Collections practices, FDCPA Laws, Brock & Scott policies & Procedures, and Standard Operational Procedures. Knowledge of foreclosure, collections, evictions, BK, and/or REO operations is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (Pivot Table) and Word is needed. Must be proficient in CaseWare and/or Collection Master.
