HR Administrative Assistant
The candidate will manage hiring process from start to finish. Post job openings, review resumes, pre-screen applicants, coordinate interviews and present job offers. Monitor time and attendance for all nonexempt employees. Work with staff and management to ensure accuracy of timecards before payroll is processed. Lead new employee orientation and training process for all new hires. Work with vendors and COO to coordinate annual benefit renewals. Manage benefit onboarding upon staff becoming eligible after hire or during annual renewal. Oversee employee discipline process with management team and ensure proper documentation is kept on file. Manage the employee exit process, work with payroll to ensure benefits/PTO are accounted for and conduct employee exit interviews. Participate on culture committee to plan and coordinate employee events that help build a positive work environment. Listen to general employee concerns and work with management team to address them. Enforce existing company policies as outlined in the employee handbook. Report directly to COO. Carry out general administrative like managing firm travel and helping maintain general office supplies.
