A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in Personal Injury for its Brooklyn Center, Minnesota office. The successful candidate will manage personal injury claims from intake to resolution, working closely with a dedicated legal team to provide exceptional client service.

Duties

• Litigate personal injury claims from intake through resolution.
• Draft, serve, file, and argue motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Conduct client interviews and maintain consistent client communication.
• Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Manage and track case deadlines to ensure timely progress and filings.
• Perform other assignments as needed to support the legal team.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota and in good standing with the bar.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Good work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in personal injury.
• Background in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Office, Outlook, and Excel).
• Self-starter with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
