Duties

• Evaluate new files and manage client communications.
• Produce discovery and prepare legal memoranda.
• Prepare and argue discovery, substantive, dispositive pre- and post-trial motions, and appeals.
• Attend pretrial listings, motions, and trials.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Georgia and Alabama.
• Portable book of business required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Georgia and Alabama.
