Job Overview:

The Attorney will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting various legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations, providing legal advice, managing legal projects, and assisting in case preparations for trial.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, briefs, pleadings, and motions
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Provide legal advice to clients on various matters
• Manage and oversee legal projects from inception to completion
• Assist in preparing cases for trial
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties

Requirements:

• Admission to the State Bar Association
• Proven experience in legal drafting, research, litigation, and negotiation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• State Bar Admission in Arizona
