Duties

• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions and mediations.
• Engage in motions and trial preparation.
• Defend construction defect, commercial, general, and professional liability matters.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in California.
• Member in good standing with the state bar.
• Familiarity with standard legal billing practices.
• Reside in California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar membership.
