Litigation Attorney

The candidate will to work on traditional labor and litigation matters. Duties include all stages of litigation, legislative advice, union staff and steward trainings, as well as appearances in arbitration and before various administrative agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) and State Personnel Board (SPB) as well as Union representation at arbitrations. Current 3Ls, recent law graduates and experienced attorneys will be considered. Admission to the California bar is required; judicial clerkship is a plus.
