Duties:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and settlement discussions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys, participating actively in case strategy and client advisement.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• An active member of the California State Bar, in good standing.
• 0-7 years of experience in civil litigation, ideally within a law firm environment.
• Prior courtroom and deposition experience; trial experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated legal research and writing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with team members.
• Strong client-focused approach, committed to achieving positive outcomes.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• California State Bar license, active and in good standing.
