The candidate will represent and advise employers and their ERISA retirement and welfare benefit plans with respect to all ERISA and Tax Code matters, including plan design, regulatory compliance, executive compensation, IRS and DOL corrections and governmental audits, as well as employee benefits issues in business transactions, acquisitions and dispositions. Should have a moderate portable book of business. Excellent professional credentials are required, including demonstrated skills in writing, attention to detail and excellent client relations. Arizona, Nevada or Colorado Bar membership is preferred. Admission to practice law in Arizona, Colorado or Nevada is required (or willingness to sit for the Bar or otherwise qualify for admission). Prior related experience is preferred.
