Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury and medical malpractice claims in Nevada.
• Strong experience in Federal and Nevada Supreme Court litigation.
• Must be a self-starter, well-organized, and articulate.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in Nevada State.

• Excellent computer and research skills.
• Proficient in procedural and substantive motion practice.
• Ability to multi-task and manage significant client and third-party contact.
