Duties:

• Represent clients in defense of various General Liability claims, including Medical Malpractice matters.

• Manage a diverse caseload and ensure that cases are efficiently moved through the legal system.

• Provide expert legal advice and strategic defense to clients involved in General Liability disputes.

• Attend hearings, depositions, and court trials on behalf of clients.

• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare case documentation.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal support teams to develop effective defense strategies.

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and external partners while advocating for clients' best interests.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in General Liability and Medical Malpractice defense.

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona.

• Strong understanding of legal procedures, case management, and courtroom strategies.

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
