Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including legal research, analysis, and case preparation
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
• Attend and represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation planning
• Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Manage and track case progress, deadlines, and filings
• Provide legal counsel and analysis to clients in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation (Preferred)
• Strong academic record
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience in oral advocacy and courtroom proceedings
• Ability to handle a high caseload and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
• Virginia State Bar membership or eligibility (Required)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Virginia State Bar License (Preferred)
• Eligibility to practice law in Virginia (Required)
