Requirements

• Four to six years of experience in executive compensation matters.
• Familiarity with Sections 409A, 280G, 83, and 421-424 of the U.S. tax code.
• Knowledge of securities laws governing employee incentives.
• Admission in the jurisdiction of application is required.

Education

• Superior academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Relevant professional licenses preferred.
