The candidate will handle case management and preparation from a legal analysis perspective, as well as significant client interaction in case preparation and consultation. It requires writing briefs and memorandums, drafting technical responses to government inquiries and objections, and analyzing evidence provided by our clients. Court and interview appearances at the immigration court and the immigration offices are also part of the role. Must be a licensed attorney in the U.S., and position responsibilities are based on experience and interests.
