Patent Agent (EE/CS/Physics)

The candidate must have 1-5 years of substantive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in high tech. In addition to patent prosecution, responsibilities will include supporting IP due diligences, patent landscape analyses, patent litigations, post-grant proceedings (IPR, PGR, interferences) and other IP matters related to all aspects of technology, including software, hardware, semiconductors, telecommunications, autonomous vehicles, artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics and blockchain. Must have a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, applied physics or related field, and be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Additionally, should have excellent written and oral communication skills, superior academic background and a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility and client interaction.
