Drafting, editing and reviewing a variety of documents, including power purchase agreements, security and guarantee documentation; intercreditor and subordination agreements; regulatory matters and experience in administrative matters before state utility commissions. Collaborating on regulatory matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Excellent written and oral communication skills. A commitment to client service and team success.
