Administrative Assistant

The candidate will be responsible for general legal support functions, including drafting correspondence and various documents, maintaining files and calendars, communicating with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, scheduling, managing deadlines, etc; Prior legal experience is preferred; Must be detail oriented, highly skilled, and results-driven; Experience Abacus Law or other legal case management software is preferred; Must be a team player with initiative, exceptional verbal and written communication skills and able to interact professionally with all levels of the firm and outside clients.
