A law firm in Baltimore, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney or Of Counsel with 2-10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have a federal clerkship background, distinguished academic credentials, superior writing and analytical capabilities, and meaningful involvement in ongoing litigation cases on a national scale.

Duties:

• Engage in complex commercial litigation cases.
• Provide legal research, analysis, and writing support.
• Participate in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appellate work.
• Work on cases with national implications and high stakes.
• Contribute to case strategy development and client counseling.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff on case-related matters.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and precedents.
• Utilize electronic discovery tools and platforms effectively.

Requirements:

• Federal clerkship background preferred.
• Distinguished academic credentials.
• Superior writing and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in Electronic Discovery and federal court writing highly desirable.
• Meaningful involvement in ongoing litigation cases on a national scale.
• Valid law license.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Valid law license.
