Profile

Helpdesk Analyst

The candidate will assist other IT staff with various projects and tasks including but not limited to setting up audio/visual equipment, and computer hardware. Support attorneys and legal staff with document formatting including Tables of Authority, Styles and numbering. Assist other IT Support staff with technical projects. Respond to 1st and 2nd level support requests. Document software procedures and best practices. Should have 1+ years of related experience. Related training and/or certifications is required. Experience working in a Law Firm is required. Experience with iManage Filesite is required. Knowledge of Help Desk ticketing software is required. Knowledge of Workshare Compare, Best Authority, Payne or similar software packages is required. Knowledge of legal document processing is required.
