The candidate will perform a Quality Control Review of files. Draft documents for execution. Manage caseload and conduct file reviews. Communicate with clients via phone & email. Complete case management system steps and update client database systems. Execute various searches and monitor timelines. Work in conjunction with attorneys to ensure case files are accurate and complete. Other duties as assigned. Must have advanced analytical/problem-solving skills. Must have excellent computer skills, and organizational skills and be able to multitask. Must maintain attention to detail in a high-volume environment. Mortgage servicing or law firm experience is a plus. Ability to read the title is a plus.
