Senior Manager, Learning Operations

The candidate will analyze the process, technologies, administration, documentation, budgeting, communications, and reporting related to all learning activities across the firm. Provide day-to-day supervision and management of coordinators and operations staff, ensuring work is completed in a timely and effective manner. Create, document, and maintain standard operating procedures for the L&D team. Identify and implement improvements to the operating procedures to increase efficiency and quality. Ensure that core operational workflows and processes are documented, before assigning them to team members for ongoing execution. Coordinate with designers, trainers and stakeholders to determine best practices around communication, registrations, tracking and evaluation of learning programs. Ensure all core learning programs have appropriate data collections (enrollment, participation, survey) and establish data collection best practices and standards. Coordinate Learning Management System (LMS) implementation and administrative support. Clarify and document division of roles, responsibilities and processes. Formalize and maintain a structured approach for learning requests and learning processes to include Continuing Legal Education (CLE) process and requirements. Conduct surveys to identify learning and development needs based on changes in processes, strategic goals and other factors. Seek efficiencies in L&D programs, software, and processes. Leverage data to determine learning outcomes and return on learning investment. Oversee the process, assignment and tracking for L&D programs to include new employee orientation, annual mandatory compliance training, core curriculum and signature training events. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in learning operations (program management, coordination and scheduling, learning management system, communications, tracking) is required. Prior experience utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required.
