Duties

• Work closely with partners across corporate and tax credit matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of law firm tax experience.
• Strong technical tax skills and excellent judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with complex tax issue analysis.

Education

• LL.M. in taxation preferred.
