Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Privacy and Cyber Litigation Associate for its Richmond, VA office. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of litigation experience, preferably in privacy, cyber, consumer-focused, or class action litigation.

• Duties
• Manage day-to-day case activities and lead fact investigations.
• Research legal issues and develop litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, including answers and motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel.

• Requirements
• 4 to 6 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing client relationships.
• Federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act or privacy-related statutes is a plus.
• Good standing in the state of residence.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
