A law firm seeks an Attorney Manager in San Antonio, TX, to lead and develop a team of litigation attorneys and legal staff. This role involves managing 4-6 attorneys through all stages of case development, ensuring high-quality legal work and client satisfaction.

Duties

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4-6 attorneys and support staff.
• Ensure thorough case development from intake through trial or resolution.
• Oversee client meetings and strategy discussions.
• Direct case development and evaluation.
• Draft and send demand letters.
• Negotiate settlements and manage litigation.
• Handle written discovery and analyze medical records.
• Conduct motion practice and court hearings.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions.
• Supervise trial preparation and conclusion or settlement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 personal injury jury trials preferred.
• Experience with Texas personal injury law, including litigation and trial.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Bar license required.
• Active Texas Bar license preferred.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar license required.
• Active Texas Bar license preferred.
