Duties

• Represent clients in securities class actions and derivative suits.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of relevant litigation experience.
• Demonstrated interest in government enforcement and investigations.
• Experience with congressional inquiries preferred.
• Admitted to the Washington, D.C. Bar or eligible to sit for or waive into the next bar exam.

Education

• Superior academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Admission to the Washington, D.C. Bar.
