• Prepare for and participate in court appearances and hearings.

Requirements

• Experience litigating wage and hour class, collective, and PAGA actions.

• Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with procedural rules in both state and federal court.

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in California (or eligibility for admission).
