Duties

• Assist in the structuring and negotiation of financial transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents related to commercial lending.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex financial matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.

Requirements

• One to three years of commercial lending experience.

Education

• Law degree.

Certifications

• Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.
