Duties

• Conduct written discovery.
• Prepare invalidity and infringement claim charts and contentions.
• Draft briefs and legal documents.
• Conduct depositions.
• Collaborate with experts.
• Prepare for trials and appellate work.

Requirements

• Four to six years of IP litigation attorney experience.
• Ability to be admitted to the bar in the state of residency.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of residency.

Skills

• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in managing complex litigation matters.
