Duties

• Manage cases from inception to trial.
• Conduct depositions and discovery.
• Attend mediations and argue law and motion.
• Serve as first or second chair in arbitrations and jury trials.

Requirements

• Member of the California Bar.
• Superior drafting, writing, and research skills.
• Proven ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
