Duties:

• Conduct thorough U.S. and international trademark clearance searches.
• Handle all aspects of trademark prosecution, including drafting and filing applications, responding to office actions, and managing appeals.
• Investigate and address potential trademark infringements, providing legal advice to clients on enforcement matters.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop strategic trademark plans.
• Keep abreast of changes in trademark laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of direct trademark experience with a focus on clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
