A law firm seeks a Finance Associate in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in secured and unsecured commercial lending, project, and structured finance. Duties

• Advise clients on commercial lending and structured finance matters.
• Manage senior, second lien, and subordinated financings.
• Handle workouts, restructurings, and leveraged acquisition financings.
• Coordinate cross-border and multicurrency financings.
• Participate in project finance and securitization transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multiple matters.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant law firm experience.
• Proficiency in commercial lending and structured finance.
• Experience with loan syndications and participations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Georgia.
