The preferred candidate will be an experienced and versatile attorney, who has demonstrated the ability to analyze and resolve complex insurance coverage issues. 3 or more years of experience in the areas of insurance coverage and/or civil litigation required. Experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, taking depositions and arguing motions required. Excellent client service required. Strong analytical, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills required. A J.D. from an ABA-approved law school required. Be in good standing in and an active member of the State Bar of Michigan.
