  • Stay current on case law and procedural rules through legal research.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active admission to the Colorado Bar.
  • 1-4 years of experience in workers' compensation law or related fields.
  • Experience appearing before workers' compensation boards preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Active admission to the Colorado Bar.

  • Knowledge of Colorado workers' compensation statutes and procedures.
  • Experience drafting and filing workers' compensation pleadings.
