The role involves providing comprehensive services to general partners and limited partners, understanding the business objectives and trends within the private funds industry.

Duties

• Structure funds and management entities.
• Negotiate with institutional investors, including pension plans and endowments.
• Handle secondary sales of limited partner fund stakes.
• Manage GP-led fund restructurings.
• Draft and manage sophisticated legal matters.
• Collaborate with partners, senior counsel, and clients.

Requirements

• Solid experience in fund formation and investment management.
• Working knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act and Securities Act.
• Strong drafting and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset and exceptional work ethic.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) of practice.
