Job Title: Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A distinguished law firm based in Los Angeles, CA, is actively seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Associate to join its growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing complex employment-related disputes and providing strategic legal counsel to corporate clients. This opportunity is offered through a legal recruitment agency representing the firm.

Duties:

• Represent employers in litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, employment contracts, and related claims

• Defend against administrative agency charges and manage pre-litigation investigations

• Handle class and collective actions, including PAGA claims (preferred but not required)

• Conduct mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings in employment matters

• Deliver training and guidance to corporate clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws

• Draft motions, pleadings, and related legal documents

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of relevant litigation experience, ideally with a focus on employment law

• Proven ability to manage complex caseloads with minimal supervision

• Demonstrated experience appearing before courts, arbitrators, or administrative bodies

Education:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing ability

• Effective verbal communication and courtroom advocacy skills

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

• Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment

• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to professional integrity
