Staff Attorney

The candidate will be responsible to direct representation and advocacy. Interview and counsel clients with family law, adoption, and guardianship issues. Participate in community education and outreach efforts. Actively contribute to program development. Other duties as assigned. Must have Active membership in the California State Bar. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, in both English and in Spanish, is essential. Knowledge of family law issues, including child custody, domestic abuse, parentage, and

support is mandatory.
