Duties

• Conduct patent litigation and inter partes review proceedings.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of solid experience in patent litigation.
• Experience with inter partes review proceedings before the PTAB.
• At least 4 years of solid litigation experience.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications

• USPTO registration number preferred.
