• Collaborate with team members and senior attorneys in case strategy and development.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service and advocacy.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Iowa Bar or eligibility for waiver.
• 2-5 years of experience in employment litigation or a related legal field.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and case law.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively, working under tight deadlines.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Education:
