The candidate must have experience litigating defense matters from inception to conclusion. Experience in the defense of product liability, construction and fire matters, as well as indemnification and insurance issues is required. Should have superior writing skills and be capable of substantive, strategic analysis and client reporting, as well as compliance with client litigation guidelines. Should have experience supervising and managing associates and staff, and ensuring adherence to firm standards and client guidelines. Must be admitted to practice in New York state and federal courts.
