The candidate works in conjunction with attorneys, paralegals and others providing legal services to our clients. Involves routine clerical tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, data entry. Should have a High school diploma or GED. Should preferably have 1 year of previous office experience. Excellent verbal, written, computer, communication and interpersonal skills are needed. Proficiency in the operation of office equipment to include, including multifunction copier, scanner, mailing systems and folding machines is required. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and data entry. Proficiency in and or knowledge of maintaining, uploading and downloading all forms of digital media and digital documents is a must. The ability to work in a team environment is required.
