Requirements

• Two to three years of transactional experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Experience with technology and IP-focused transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
